It really is all about imagination.
Any that might be in a financial position to help other sheeple are expected to financially contribute to WT Corp. FIRST and foremost. And then they are often considered 'materialistic' if they have a good full-time job. It increasingly condemns the very people that are propping up this crazy religion.
Rather than wasting money supporting a work that produces almost not growth in the bOrg, the money should go to education and career counselling for the dubs.

Pixar the production company is jealous of Caleb and Sophia video's
by life is to short inso said the co last night.. apparently a jw was on a flight and just happend to sit next to some big wig from pixar and when the man from pixar heard that he was a jw the pixar man just gushed over what great work that the watchtower has done in producing the caleb video's.
he siad he only wished pixar could do such great work.
the co said we are able to do it because we have free labor and jehovah behind us.. my husband stayed home from the meeting but wanted to tie in by phone and that is what the co said in his talk.. the co also talked about all the changes that have happened in the last ten years and how if some of the friends did not like it they needed and to quote him "they just needed to get over it" these changes are going to happned period.

This is yet another JW urban legend.
When I was in beth-hell, there was a story spreading about a sister placing the Knowledge book with Pres. Clinton and he later told a reporter that he'd recently read an interesting book... blah, blah supposedly he read an entire JW publication. The Writing Department went to work tracking down the story to see about publishing it. When they tracked down this sister that had told the story at a Circus Assembly (somewhere in Idaho or something) and started asking questions, she broke down in tears and admitted it was all a lie.

Speculation Fall AGM
by Poztate ina lot of comments have been made about possible big changes at the agm in the fall.. comments range from changes to the blood doctrine or who compose the one hundred and forty four thousand.. my speculation is.... (and if someone else had this kind of thread i am not stealing from you..just never read it).
the door to door as we know it will cease to exist.
the publishing of a monthly public wt and awake will end.. instead each month a tract with different subjects and a redirect to jw.org will come out.

the jw would traipse up to a house, knock, hand the card over to the householder, and wait while he read it.. well, it seems that "everything old is new again".

Need a Game Plan
by bafh ini'm not sure what is going on at the convention, but i just got a desperate call from a friend wanting me to attend sunday's morning session.
last weekend, my mom invited me too.instead of saying something like, "i'm sorry, but i have no intention of going back," and having them completely freak out - i agreed to go to the sunday morning session.

Hooray, the sister fantasizes about the resurrection of her sister/friend/whoever. She also fantasizes about all the people that get slaughtered and moving into one of those houses. Hopefully this resurrect lady will help dig graves for all the rotting corpses.

Ugh. I had to conduct a few times after learning TTATT. I had no idea how I was going to exit, but a way appeared and I headed for the exit. As far as conducting the WT, just make it as boring as the JWs expect it to be with a few truthz thrown in for anyone paying attention. Don't bother to try to really understand anything in the WT, it can all be changed again very, very soon anyway. So, rather than understanding the "present truth", realize that their truth only has a shelf life of a couple of months. Here's some pointers on how to conduct...
